Pole Skills: Strong Invert from floor, Strong Shoulder Invert from floor, comfortable with Headstand/Handstand): We’re throwing it back to the roots of American strip clubs, giving you a glimpse of old school stripper vibes while cranking up the heat with the hottest club scene moves from Los Angeles to New York

Pre-requisites: For Pole Instructors: Discover Shillo’s favorite cues, modifications, and spotting techniques proven to enhance your student’s experience. We’ll discuss strategies to set your students up for success, from warm-up to beginner and intermediate tricks. Addressing challenges to overcoming plateaus in inverts; delve into comprehensive solutions.

Level: All Levels: All the slinky chair goodness you love, just plus one…Chair! In this workshop, we will explore tricks and movement pathways with two chairs per person!

Level: Beginner and Up (Pre-requisites: Intro. Pole Skills: A basic fireman spin and pole sit): This is an all-levels workshop designed for self-identified curvy and plus-size individuals interested in gaining confidence within pole dance. Explore challenges and goals unique to your body type in a supportive environment with time for discussion. Learn tailored movement techniques and tricks that celebrate your curves!

Level: All Levels (Pre-requisites: The desire to move): Become present within your own movement and learn how to project your true self through it. Start with a dynamic dance warm-up to get your body moving and your mind grounded, then progress into prompted movement exercises to enhance your movement quality. Approach with an open mind and a willingness to discuss. Whether you identify as sensual, lyrical, comical, athletic, or anything in between, this workshop can benefit you!

Pre-requisites: Adv Beginner and Up (Intro and some pole experience required. Pole Skills: a strong pole sit and ability to complete one climb from the floor). Come with a pole pal or alone! Registration is PER PERSON): Come (re-)discover the dynamics of pole doubles. This workshop will explore partner pole tricks on the lower 1/3 of the pole and sexy transitions to tie them together.

Pre-requisites: Beginner and Up (Intro and Some Pole experience required. Pole Skills: spins, basic climb, pole sit, and ability to take choreography cues): This workshop focuses on short sequences with prompts to help the student create an explorative and sensual routine. Pole Thirst is for the student looking to add intention, engagement, and fluidity through their movement.

Pre-requisites: All Levels (Intro experience required. Pole Skills: basic pole body mechanic knowledge and spins): Twerk Sum’n is the ultimate fusion of pole and twerk. We will explore dynamic pole spins, grips, and transitions while mastering the art of twerking for that extra cheeky flair. This workshop is great for loosening up!

Pre-requisites: Adv Intermediate and Up (Pole experience required. Pole Skills: comfortable performing pole tricks and inversions in heels (ie outside leg hang, butterfly or aerial brass monkey): If base tricks, drop splits, and kips are a goal of yours, this workshop is for you!

Pre-requisites: Adv Beginner and Up (Intro and additional pole experience required. Pole Skills: Must be able to get into a jasmine off the ground, comfortable invert is a plus. Boots and knee pads are highly recommended). Learn a variety of show stopping, jaw dropping, and mind-bending moves that will be sure to add that extra bang to your routine. We will go over a little of everything hardstyle including flips, drops, twists, threads, and more.
