So…where does a new student start???

We recommend you start with our Intro Series. We have intro series for all apparatuses we offer. These series are designed for new students and builds at a slow and steady pace each week so you can really
see progress!

Can’t commit to a series? Want to test drive a class first? That’s ok! Some of our apparatuses have drop
in classes that are adaptable for new students and beginner level students with some experience.

Try us out with our New Client Offer of 3 classes for $50.

Please note that only certain drop in classes are available to new students. If you are new to Phoenix Flight Studio, but have previous pole experience, Contact Us to determine the appropriate level and classes for you.

WHAT TO WEAR TO A POLE CLASS?

Shorts (shorter is better) & a sports bra or tank top are best for class. Bare skin is best for gripping the pole, fabric is slippery. Underwear is not acceptable attire. Beginner classes are done barefoot, high heels are not recommended for beginners. Please bring indoor shoes for pole fitness classes, street shoes will not be allowed in the studio.

*Do not apply lotion to your hands or legs the day of any Pole class. (If you have extremely dry skin during our MN winters, you may apply a light lotion in the morning. We like Vaseline brand lotion, with no silicone to leave you slippery). *Please leave your jewelry and watches at home!

WHAT TO WEAR TO AERIAL CLASSES?

Leggings and tank top are appropriate for class. Avoid loose clothing as that can get in the way of transitioning on the silks. Classes are done barefoot.

*Do not apply lotion to your hands or legs the day of any Pole class. (If you have extremely dry skin during our MN winters, you may apply a light lotion in the morning. We like Vaseline brand lotion, with no silicone to leave you slippery). *Please leave your jewelry and watches at home

DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR CLASS?

We do not accept walk-ins.  We require pre-registration and payment for class admittance.  This is due to the face that classes tend to fill up fast with limited space available and for the safety of our students and instructors. You may register for classes online or on our app to reserve your spot in class.

We do cancel class if the class minimum has not been met before class is scheduled.

I AM OUT OF SHAPE AND HAVE NO DANCE EXPERIENCE; IS POLE OR AERIAL FOR ME?

Our beginner classes and fitness classes can be tailored for all fitness levels. Our instructors take it nice and slow, modifying and adjusting to your comfort level while still ensuring you get a great workout!
