Ready to try the most metal apparatus around? Join Jenn for intro to double loop chains. We will be working on building a short sequence and simple poses. And we will be doing them in heels, utilizing the stiletto to create enticing shapes and poses. The perfect mix of sexy, hardcore and slinky.

Some aerial experience is helpful but not required. Heels highly recommended but not required. Attire: leggings and tshirt will be best but can be done in pole wear if you dare

Learn a high-intensity heels choreography with a dark, sexy vibe. This workshop will take students through a heels-centric warm-up, and then everyone will learn a little over a minute of choreography, with an emphasis on continuous momentum and ankle stability.

It’s time to turn up the heat with this sensual workshop. You’ll learn some of my favorite ways to unlock pleasurable, prompted flows. This experience will invite you out of your comfort zone on and off the pole. Building heat from the beginning with a steamy warm up and conditioning, that will flow into freestyle prompts that will have you coming out of your layers. Let’s lift ourselves into the air. This workshop is for those who love to puff their chest, trust their wings, and glide through the air with ease. If you’re a spin pole lover, you’ll feel right at home here. We’ll warm the body, preparing you to weave yourself effortlessly through space. Harnessing breath-work and body contact within your transitions.
Beyond the beautiful spin passes and transitions we’ll focus on refining lines, hand and finger articulation, facial expression, and overall presence. Supporting you in moving through the air with intention.
Requirements: Strong climb, upright pole sit and solid invert, descents from jasmine or other modifications included

Designed for self-identified curvy, midsize, and fat individuals. This workshop is centered on building confidence both on and off the pole. It also welcomes those navigating body dysmorphia or adjusting to recent body changes.
Together, we’ll problem-solve challenges that are unique to your body type in a supportive, affirming environment with open space for discussion. You’ll learn tailored techniques that celebrate your
curves and proportions while gaining foundational knowledge to strengthen and enrich your practice.
We’ll highlight your body’s natural advantages, such as leveraging our bodies and utilizing angles and physics in holds for secure contact points. Developing deeper body awareness through warm-up, mobility, conditioning, and invert-prep progressions. By the end, you will hopefully leave with a renewed sense of confidence and a clearer understanding of your capabilities.
Registered students will receive an intake form prior to the workshop to share their challenges, concerns, and goals so the session can be thoughtfully tailored to their needs.
Requirements: Must already be a current pole dancer.

Shoes recommended but not required for Shay’s signature style of sexy dance. This class has lots of progressions for every level of dancer and will cover several of her favorite combos and sequences on the floor and lower half of the pole. Shay will help you find your own sexy by allowing you to inject your own freestyle into her choreography. Please bring layers and knee pads as safety is sexy! (ALL LEVELS)

In this intermediate/advanced chair dance workshop you can elevate your chair dance skills to another level! Learn a choreography with some of Shay’s favorite acro chair sequences and tricks. Kneepads, layers, and heels recommended. Heels not required. (ALL LEVELS-ADVANCED)

Are you keen to level up your leg work? In this workshop we will be going over all things LEGS. Think twirlies, tick tocks, waves, sweeps, etc, all the moves to get you mesmerizing your audience. We will go over stretching and drills for your hips and legs and we will also learn a fun legwork sequence to practice some moves and get you on your way towards the ooey gooey legwork you’ve always been dreaming of! No poles necessary! Shoes will enhance your lines so pack them in your pole bag.

This workshop is all about CoNtRaSt. The spicy and the sweet. The hard and the soft. We will be playing with some SPICY moves that are unexpected & bangin’ and learn how to drizzle some warm smooth honey in between. We will be focusing on how to transitions from one hard, fast, hitting trick or movement and slow it down into a movement that is soft and sensual.

Pre-Requisite: Advanced intermediate+
Dynamic pole tricks can seem so daunting! You want me to let go of my leg hang? And then my hands?! But once you find the confidence in moving through space and using momentum, these tricks can be so much fun! And unlock other movement possibilities. We will go over some of the most foundational flips, break down a pole assisted kip, and start to introduce some more dynamic elements of pole.
An invert and brass monkey is highly recommended, strong outside leg is required.

Flow State: Dark n Dirty
An immersive guided freestyle experience.

Melt into sensation, instinct, and movement that feels so good you’ll want to keep it all for yourself. Through long-form guided freestyle, we’ll explore presence, sensuality, musicality, and surrender. Dim lights, layered prompts, permission to unravel, and space to move without overthinking. This is about turning your brain off and your body on. No expectation to be anything other than present. Wear layers, heels or socks, and come ready to dive deep into your own, authentic sensual movement.
