You’ve seen it, you have maybe even tried it once, and now you can learn it. Join Jane for Intro to flying pole. This 5 week intro course is designed for aerialists in mind, polers are also welcome to join. We will learn the foundations of this apparatus, from sitting, climbing, spinning, orbiting. Each class will contain moves, conditioning, and a small sequence.
