This class will support students in developing combinations, musicality, and creating a detailed choreography. Students can expect to also explore texture, detail work, crowd engagement, and other things to bring their choreography to life. This class is open to pole, chair, and floorwork artists.

Chair dance basics including safe beginner tricks, style elements, and performance tips. Students will learn a routine over the course of 6 classes and be an active part in creating the style, costume and performance elements.

Pre-Requisites: Intro to Lyra series, at least 4 drop-in lyra classes, or other previous lyra experience required. Some Lyra Skills 1 or Bar Foundations strongly recommended.

Beginner lyra choreo series, but make it spinny! Prereqs are intro to lyra or equivalent, a love of spinning or a desire to build tolerance will make the series great.

Prereqs: Must have attended at least a few months of Pole 1, the pole foundations 1 series and/or All Levels classes to attend. Must be comfortable with Pole 1 spins, sits, multiple climbs, and jasmine.

In Pole Foundations 2 Series, we will build upon skills from Pole 1. Work on grounded and aerial sits, jasmines, upright tricks, and climb variations. Begin combining spins, basework transitions, and floorwork. Explore different ways of descending and ascending into upside down inversions, handstands, and leg hangs. Start transferring some beginner skills to spin pole. Conditioning and warm up tailored to class content. Begin experimenting with structured freestyles and pole games.

Bring: Wear short shorts, tank top or crop top. Bring leggings/sweat pants, knee pads, water bottle. Heels are welcome/optional.

5 Week Series for $95.

**Over these 8 weeks you will learn a choreographed chair routine for a group performance for the Fall Student Showcase. Heels optional. You can use your membership or class passes to sign up. Although class remains available for drop ins – signing up for all 8 weeks is highly encouraged if you would like to perform. We will learn a chunk of choreo each week. The final 3 classes (10/19, 10/26 & 11/2) will focus on putting the pieces together, cleaning the choreo and molding this into a group act! Performers are asked to commit to these last 3 classes.

Have you ever wanted to create your own chair dance act but didn’t know where to start? Or maybe you just need some accountability and feedback.

This 8 week series will start by exploring chair skills, tricks and transitions to discover what’s already in your wheelhouse. From there, you’ll begin building your own choreo and shaping it into a complete performance.

Throughout the series, you’ll have guidance and feedback as you develop your act, plus opportunities to perform for your classmates and workshop your choreo in a supportive environment.

Choose to perform in the Fall Student Showcase or use this creation for another moment. Your choice.

Curious about Pole Dancing? This course is just for you! Designed for beginners of all fitness levels, you’ll learn a choreographed routine while learning basic pole grips, spin, tricks, and pole dance. No dance or pole experience is necessary.

At the end of the five weeks, you’ll feel confident and ready to jump into all of our pole classes. 5 Week Beginner Series for $95.

Ready to explore Spin Pole? This course is designed for beginners who have taken Intro to Pole or anyone with pole experience looking to get comfortable on a spinning pole. You’ll learn foundational grips, controlled spins, and how to take familiar beginner pole moves onto spin mode. We’ll break down the physics of spin pole — including momentum, body positioning, and speed control — so you can feel stable, safe, and fluid while the pole is in motion. By the end of five weeks, you’ll feel confident managing spin and ready to join our other spin pole classes.

Prerequisite: intro to pole

5 Week Series for $95.

Enjoy your favorite Intermediate Lyra moves combined with slow and slinky moves choreographed to music (following beats and hitting musical cues). Heels and knee pads required.

Duo requires no previous partnering experience, and is open to all who have graduated from Intro to Lyra or equivalent experience. There is no faster way to build connection and confidence, culminating in a showcase where we support each other 100%

Are you new to aerial but want to dip your pointed toe in the aerial waters? Develop the foundational strength, mobility, and technique that will unlock new heights and prepare you to attend mixed level and drop-in classes.

In this series, you will learn a foundational repertoire of mounts, positions, and transitions on the lyra.

All genders, bodies, and abilities are encouraged. We are happy to discuss and develop specific accommodations to meet your needs.

5 Week Beginner Series for $95.

No aerial or previous fitness experience is necessary.

Pre Req: Completed an Intro to Sling or Silks series or equivalent foundational experience on another apparatus.

Learn a group routine on fabric to perform in the student showcase this fall! For this act, you have the option to dance on sling and/or silks (split panels). We will practice specific choreography during the 7 weeks while building stamina and stage presence to perform with confidence. Refine moves on your fabric of choice, explore a new apparatus, or maybe do both!

During this showcase series the floor will be our best friend.
You will be learning a grounded slow and sexy floorwork choreography, and we will take our time playing with movement texture, and moments of self guided choreo development. What does your version of soft and flirty look and feel like on stage? Come find out as we dive into some of the ways floorwork can invite people in 🙂

Step into the shadows for Ballet Noir: “the Haunting”, a 7-week heels dance series where classical ballet meets dark Victorian elegance and the supernatural.

Over seven weeks, dancers will build a haunting showcase piece inspired by Victorian gothic romance, restless spirits, haunted spaces, and things that linger beyond the veil. Expect elegant lines, sensual movement, and choreography that shifts between delicate, ghostly grace and darker, more mysterious energy.

This choreography will be entirely off the pole, focusing on heels dance, ballet-inspired movement, floorwork, and musicality.

This series culminates with the Fall Showcase performance, so commitment is essential if you wish to perform (performance not required).
