Wanting to take your tricks to the next level? Ever gotten into an apparatus and realized you were too anxious to do a move because you were spinning? Seen videos of people doing cool spins online but get nauseous thinking of trying it? In Spin Tolerance 101 you will begin to build your spin tolerance, learn how momentum affects tricks, and discover pathways to change your speed without dismounting. By the end of the series, you’ll have the foundations to start adding spins to your trick training and freestyles!
Prereqs: some aerial experience. Must feel comfortable getting into and out of Straddle back and Hip hang

Prereqs: Must have attended at least a few months of Pole 1, the pole foundations 1 series and/or All Levels classes to attend. Must be comfortable with Pole 1 spins, sits, multiple climbs, and jasmine.
In Pole Foundations 2 Series, we will build upon skills from Pole 1. Work on grounded and aerial sits, jasmines, upright tricks, and climb variations. Begin combining spins, basework transitions, and floorwork. Explore different ways of descending and ascending into upside down inversions, handstands, and leg hangs. Start transferring some beginner skills to spin pole. Conditioning and warm up tailored to class content. Begin experimenting with structured freestyles and pole games.
Bring: Wear short shorts, tank top or crop top. Bring leggings/sweat pants, knee pads, water bottle. Heels are welcome/optional.
