Loved intro to spin and want to learn more? Coming back to poling and looking to build strength, consistency, and confidence in your pole practice? Pole Foundations 1 is the perfect place for you! This 5 week series will build upon beginner spins, transitions, sits, climbs and floor work from intro to pole. Start working towards multiple climbs, static tricks and variations, inversions, and static spin combos. 

Prereqs: No experience necessary, though recommended to have attended Intro to Pole prior to Pole 1!
