Through the Looking Glass is a 90-minute pole workshop centered on slow, intentional movement, grounded sensuality, and the power of presence. Drawing from basework, edgework, and classique styling, this experience invites you to move with control, curiosity, and depth.

We’ll explore what it means to hold attention—to tease, to withhold, to reveal—using tempo, eye line, and subtle transitions. With mirror and partner work, dancers will be guided to connect with their reflection not as critique, but as collaboration.

This workshop is less about tricks and more about texture, pacing, and embodied expression. Expect a slow, moody flow that emphasizes precision, softness, and power.
