INTRO TO SLING (HAMMOCK)

Are you new to aerial sling (hammock) and want to give it a try? Join us for an all new introductory series. Develop the foundational strength, mobility, and technique that will unlock new heights and prepare you to attend drop-in classes.

In this 5 week series, you will learn foundational moves on the sling including mounts, poses, and transitions.

All genders, bodies, and abilities are encouraged. We are happy to discuss and develop specific accommodations to meet your needs.

No aerial or previous fitness experience is necessary.
