Pre-requisites: Adv Intermediate and Up (Pole experience required. Pole Skills: comfortable performing pole tricks and inversions in heels (ie outside leg hang, butterfly or aerial brass monkey): If base tricks, drop splits, and kips are a goal of yours, this workshop is for you!
