Drop it, Flip it, Twist it, Kip it

Pre-requisites: Adv Beginner and Up (Intro and additional pole experience required. Pole Skills: Must be able to get into a jasmine off the ground, comfortable invert is a plus. Boots and knee pads are highly recommended). Learn a variety of show stopping, jaw dropping, and mind-bending moves that will be sure to add that extra bang to your routine. We will go over a little of everything hardstyle including flips, drops, twists, threads, and more.
