INTRO TO DUO LYRA

Do you have lyra experience and want to try duo lyra? Join us for Intro to duo lyra where you will learn how to adapt your lyra knowledge to stacking, mirroring, and acro (weight-sharing) moves. No partner needed, we will team up students!

5 Week Series for $95.

Pre-requisites: This class is not for aerial beginners, requirements include being able to safely enter and exit a lyra, and be able to hold basic lyra moves (double knee hang, delilahs, amazons, straddle backs, etc for 30 seconds or more).
